Steven Ezell is a Shareholder in the Tax Services practice of LBMC.
Steven has extensive experience serving the tax needs of clients in the areas of federal and state income tax compliance; income tax reporting under ASC 740; transaction advisory; and other tax consulting services. Steven is primarily focused on serving clients in the healthcare industry and works with clients of all sizes in both the public and private sectors as well as private equity-backed organizations.
Steven was previously the tax director of a large, private equity-backed behavioral health organization and oversaw all aspects of the tax function. Steven’s prior experience also includes 12 years with the Nashville office of EY. During this time, Steven Ezell served as tax engagement leader for financial statement audits and complex corporate tax compliance engagements. He also served as a technical leader and subject matter specialist in a variety of tax technical areas and led the implementation of resulting projects.
