Mark B. Waters, CPA, is a Shareholder with the LBMC Audit and Advisory practice.
Mark has diversified experience with a variety of industries including healthcare, manufacturing, distribution, leasing, factoring, not for profit & construction. He provides both assurance and tax services with an emphasis on finding a solution for both financial and tax problems. He consults on business matters with closely held businesses and their owners. He often works closely with clients in connection with the acquisition and sale of businesses.
His previous experience includes practicing as an audit manager with the Knoxville office of KPMG, LLP.
Mark’s experience includes due diligence in connection with business acquisitions and assistance with letter of intent issues. He also has experience in LIFO inventory method changes, healthcare cost report analysis and business generational transition services.
