Brian Marynowitz, CPA, is a Shareholder in the LBMC Transaction Advisory Services practice, based in Nashville. He specializes in providing financial due diligence services for both strategic and financial buyers across a broad range of industries.
Brian has advised on the buy-side and sell-side of transactions ranging in value from several million dollars to over $4 billion dollars, including public company and cross-border transactions. Brian’s experience includes transactions within the healthcare, consumer and industrial products, transportation and logistics, technology, food and beverage, aerospace and defense, and sports and entertainment industries.
Brian’s vast range of transaction experience allows him to quickly adapt to client needs and identify key deal issues across a broad range of industries. Prior to joining LBMC, Brian was a Transaction Services Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers where he began his career. Brian spent a total of eight years at PricewaterhouseCoopers, six of which were fully dedicated to Transaction Services.
